One City Hill is a brand new, PCA A- Grade, all-electric office building situated on a landmark site in Canberra City.

Base Building Works at One City Hill are nearing completion, with the final façade works being undertaken in the coming weeks, including the installation of the aluminium fins to form the building colonnade, which will provide a safe and protected walkway for pedestrians around the building.

Landscaping works have also commenced, including preparatory works for future hard and soft landscaping areas to Vernon Circle and Edinburgh Avenue.

The team on site have also recently finished the installation of an extensive rooftop solar system that will generate power for the basement carpark lighting and EV charging, significantly reducing the building’s carbon footprint.

Last week, we opened our new public car park offering over 870 spaces within the heart of Canberra City, underneath our commercial office project One City Hill (currently under construction).

The car park was built through the lens of enhancing parking experience, with the integration of a ticketless system. Parkers can enter and exit the car park without tickets or leaving their car for payment, with contactless payment available at the exit gate.

The new undercover car park has replaced the former outdoor car park which only offered 200 spaces. The former outdoor car park will be utilised in preparation for future stages of development.

We are excited to extend an opening offer to the Canberra community, enjoying all-day parking within the city for only $10 per day. Access to the new car park is directly off London Circuit via Knowles Place, right next to the ACT law courts.
